Refund Policy: 

We have a 30-day Happiness Guarantee. If you're not happy with your Mezcla within 30 days of receiving your order, just reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll make it right with a full refund. No need to send anything back. Life's too short for complicated returns. 

To be eligible for a refund, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. 


Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

Refunds:

We will notify you once the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

 

Returns: 

At Mezcla, our top priority is the quality and safety of the food products we provide to our valued customers. Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
