Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders over $50 ship free. Stock up on your favorites and let us cover the shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, Mezcla bars are only available in the U.S.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
You can edit your order by logging into your account - login page within one hour of your purchase. Open your order and make the needed changes. Changes are only possible within one hour of placing your order.
After an hour, you can email us at [email protected] and we may be able to modify your order if it has not yet shipped. We are unable to modify your order after it has been labeled and forwarded to the carrier.

I've received a damaged item, what should I do?
So sorry about that! Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a quick photo of the damaged item. We’ll make it right.
I've received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?
Our apologies for the mix-up. Send us your order number and a photo of what you received to [email protected] and we’ll get the right bars headed your way.

Are your products vegan-friendly?
Yes! Every Mezcla bar is 100% vegan - no dairy, no animal products, just plant-based goodness.
Note on allergens: Our bars are manufactured on equipment that also processes peanuts, dairy, soy, sesame, tree nuts, wheat, and egg. Please check the allergen information on on each product page before purchase if you have an allergy or intolerance.
Are your products gluten free?
Absolutely. All of our bars are certified gluten-free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO).
Note: our recipes contain no wheat, but the facility also processes wheat. Please review the allergen information on each product page if you have a wheat allergy or intolerance.
Are your products Kosher?
Yes. Mezcla bars are kosher certified by the Orthodox Union (OU).
Are your products non-GMO?
Yes, every bar is made with non-GMO ingredients (certified via The Non-GMO Project).
Can I buy individual bars to try?
We don’t sell single bars on our website, but you can grab one at a store near you - the perfect way to discover your favorite flavor. Use our store locator to find Mezcla bars in your area.
You can also try our variety pack online to sample all the different flavors at once.
Subscription
How do I start a subscription?
Simply choose the “Subscribe & Save” option when you add your favorite bars to your cart. You’ll save 10% on every order and never run out of your go-to flavors.
How do I update my payment method?
You can update your payment method and manage all of your subscription details by logging into your Subscription account page.
Go to your account page, under “My Payment,” click “Send email to update payment.” You’ll receive a secure link to update your details. For security reasons, we cannot change billing information on your behalf.
Can I change the flavors in my subscription?
Manage your subscription anytime from your Subscription account page.
Swap flavors, adjust quantities, and update your delivery frequency. You can skip a shipment, choose a specific delivery date or process your next order right away. If needed, you can cancel your subscription in your account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can pause or cancel anytime from your Subscription account page. Click on Subscriptions, choose Cancel (or Pause if you prefer), and confirm.
Wholesale
Do you ship internationally for wholesale customer?
At this time, wholesale orders are limited to the U.S.
